1. PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Humax DRT800. ($499 estimated retail value.) Winner must be 17 years or older. Sponsors, DreamWorks Pictures, and Humax are not responsible for any fees, costs or additional charges resulting from use of the Prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not redeemable for cash. One (1) prize per household.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of U.S., 17 years of age or older as of March 4th, 2005. Sweepstakes not open to employees and their immediate families of Sponsors, Prize suppliers, Sweepstakes judging organization, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, movie theater locations, movie theater personnel, advertising and promotional agencies, and printers.

3. TO ENTER: Beginning at Midnight Eastern Time (“EST”) on March 4th, 2005 through 11:59:59 PM EST on April 5th, 2005, go to www.theringtwo-themovie.com and complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form by including your complete name, age, address including zip code, telephone number and email address and by designating the city, from the list provided, in or near which you reside. No more than one email entry per calendar day. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry. Electronic entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address not later than March 3rd, 2005, by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors, DreamWorks Pictures, and Humax and each of their affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsors due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrants must be 17 years of age and older. Sweepstakes ends April 5, 2005 and all online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on April 5, 2005.

4. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries which are timely received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about April 6, 2005. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor DREAMWORKS PICTURES whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this sweepstakes. Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law) within two (2) days of notification. If a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Selected winners will not be official winners until eligibility has been formally verified.
